With more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Lacey Culbertson has worked for a variety of companies operating at a local, regional and global scale in a wide range of sectors including industrial construction, mining, retail and engineering. 

Lacey is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a graduate of Athabasca University, where she earned a Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations (Honours with Great Distinction). With a strong foundation in human capital strategy, labour relations, and organizational leadership, she is recognized for driving people-focused solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational success.
