Prodigy Clean Energy and Des Nëdhé Group Exploring Microreactor Transportable Nuclear Power Plants for Remote Applications

MONTREAL, CANADA, March 19, 2024 – Today, in a major step toward Indigenous Economic Reconciliation, Prodigy Clean Energy and Des Nëdhé Group announce a Memorandum of Understanding to develop opportunities to power remote mines and communities in Canada utilizing Prodigy microreactor Transportable Nuclear Power Plants (TNPPs).

Des Nedhe Sponsors 2024 U SPORTS Women’s Hockey Championship

Des Nedhe is proud to be a Learning and Reconciliation Sponsor of the 2024 U SPORTS Women’s National Hockey Championships in Saskatoon. Along with our partners JNE Welding and Peter Ballantyne First Nation, we will be represented on rink boards at the games and at the opening awards Gala. Sean Willy, President & CEO of Des Nedhe Group, was a speaker and presenter at last night’s event, where 300 female student-athletes from across the country received hand beaded keychains to honour the message and significance of Indigenous Learning, Reconciliation, and the Truth around Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
