As the Director of Land Development at Des Nedhe Group, I oversee the planning, acquisition, and management of land and real estate projects for the largest Indigenous-owned company in Saskatchewan. I leverage my 18+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, where I worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, to negotiate leases, contracts, and partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including governments, investors, developers, and communities. I have a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for complex and high-value transactions, as well as leading and supporting teams of professionals and experts. My core competencies include market analysis, financial modeling, project management, and relationship building. I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to the land development field, and I am always eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with others.
